    / Our method

    Spot-free glass with pure water.

    Pure water

Water with the minerals removed, so the glass dries without spots or streaks.

    Frames and sills

Frames, sills and accessible tracks are cleaned along with the glass.

    Balustrades

Glass balustrades on balconies, decks and pool areas cleaned on both sides where reachable.

    Pairs with a house wash

Booked after a house wash, the glass is the finishing step.

    / When you need it

When your windows need a clean.

    Salt haze

A cloudy film on ocean-facing glass that comes back after every onshore breeze.

    Dusty frames and sills

Dirt and dead insects build up in tracks and on sills.

    Cobwebs and spider marks

Webs and droppings collect in window corners and under eaves.

    Cloudy balustrades

Glass balustrades on balconies and pool fences show every mark.

    / Surface considerations

    What to know before cleaning.

    • 01

Detergent left on glass attracts dust. Pure water rinses clean with nothing left behind.

    • 02

Salt film near the beach can return quickly, so coastal glass may need cleaning more often.

    • 03

Hard water marks and etched glass are not dirt and may not come off with cleaning.

    / The detail

Window cleaning on the Sunshine Coast, explained

Why we clean windows with pure water

Normal tap water carries minerals. When it dries on glass, those minerals stay behind as spots. Pure water has been filtered so the minerals are gone, which means it dries clean. It also lifts dirt well on its own, so no detergent is needed.

Glass is scrubbed with a soft brush and rinsed with pure water. The same water is used for solar panel cleaning, where a spot-free finish matters just as much.

    Salt film on coastal homes

Homes close to the beach in Noosa, Sunshine Beach, Coolum Beach, Mooloolaba, Buddina and Caloundra get a fine layer of salt on ocean-facing glass. It builds up into a haze that blocks the view and dulls the house. Pure water dissolves salt easily, so the glass clears without harsh chemicals. Canal-side homes in Minyama and Pelican Waters see similar spray off the water.

    Frames, sills and tracks

Clean glass in a dirty frame still looks unfinished. Frames and sills are brushed and rinsed along with the glass, and accessible tracks are cleared of dust and insects. Screens can be cleaned when you ask for them in the quote.

    Glass balustrades and pool fences

Balconies, decks and pool areas in newer homes around Peregian Springs, Sippy Downs and Little Mountain often have glass balustrades. They pick up salt, water spots and fingerprints. They are cleaned with the same pure water method, on both sides where they can be reached safely.

    Windows after a house wash

A house wash or soft wash can leave rinse water on the glass. Booking window cleaning as the final step means everything is finished together. For strata buildings and shopfronts, see commercial pressure cleaning.
