How WETR uses your enquiry.
Information about the details you send when requesting a quote.
What you send
The quote form asks for your name, phone, property address and the areas you want cleaned. You can also add an email address, notes and photos. WETR records the page and campaign information that brought you to the form, such as referring page, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers when present. The address is also used to identify a suburb where possible.
Why we use it
WETR uses this information to review your request, contact you, assess the property and prepare a written quote. Photos may help with assessment, or a visit may be needed. If you provide an email address, the form may send you a confirmation email with your enquiry details. Enquiry information is sent to Jake by email and, when configured, by SMS.
Where the information goes
Enquiries are stored in WETR's hosted project database. Optional photos are uploaded to its photo storage and linked to the enquiry. The site uses a Google address-suggestion service where available; you can type your address without selecting a suggestion. Email and SMS delivery use connected providers when configured. Links to photos in notification emails are time-limited; this does not say how long stored photos or enquiries are kept.
