A driveway and a painted wall do not call for the same cleaning approach. WETR assesses the surface, coating and condition before recommending a method.
Painted render and cladding
Strong pressure can disturb coatings or force water into vulnerable areas. Lower-pressure washing may be more suitable after checking the finish and any existing defects.
Roofs
Tile and metal roofs vary in material, coating and condition. Roof access and safe working conditions also affect the scope. A method should be selected after assessment.
Concrete and other hard surfaces
Rotary surface cleaning can give suitable concrete a more even clean. Pressure and treatment still need to be matched to the surface and its condition.
Agreeing the scope
Tell WETR which areas need cleaning and include photos if useful. A written quote can describe what is included and what needs further assessment.
